Terms of Sale

All sales between Texas Arboreals, LLC and the buyer are subject to the following terms of sale, and when purchasing a animal the buyer inherently agrees to these terms:

Payment:

All animals must be paid for in full before Texas Arboreals, LLC will ship out an animal.  Texas Arboreals, LLC will accept payment plans on a case by case basis.  Buyers who pay in full will get preference.

Health:

Unless otherwise stated, all animals for sale are completely healthy and regularly feeding on appropriately sized frozen thawed mice.  Texas Arboreals, LLC assumes the buyer has the necessary experience to facilitate a healthy environment for the animal being purchased, and will not be responsible for health related issues due to the buyers improper keeping and quarantine conditions.  Once an animal leaves our facility it cannot be returned due to risk of bringing outside illness back in our collection.  We will provide after sale support for all animals that leave our facility, if needed.  In some instances animals will temporarily go off feed when being shipped in combination with a change in husbandry practices.  If upon arrival there is a health problem noticed with the animal, we must be contacted immediately.

Nidovirus:

Texas Arboreals, LLC houses all babies from the time they are laid as an egg until the time they are sold in a completely separate neonate room quarantined from the adult collection.  Texas Arboreals, LLC does not test neonates before leaving our facility unless requested by the buyer.  In order to receive a refund for an animal that tests positive in the customers possession after arrival, the customer must: 1) test the animal within (3) calendar days of receipt; and 2) notify Texas Arboreals, LLC within (10) calendar days of receipt and provide a copy of the positive test report.  Provided the aforementioned requirements are satisfied, Texas Arboreals, LLC will provide a shipping label for the animal to be returned and upon receiving the animal back a full refund will be provided.

Sexing:

All animals sold by Texas Arboreals, LLC are sold as "un-sexed" unless otherwise notified.  A buyer can request the animal they are purchasing be sexed, but Texas Arboreals, LLC will not guarantee the sex of the animal.

Shipping & Exporting:

All sale prices have shipping via Fed Ex (Ship Your Reptiles) to your nearest Fed Ex Hub for hold/pick-up in the continental United States included.  We will not ship to residential locations.  International shipping is possible in some instances, but buyer will assume all shipping associated costs.  Please inquire if interested in international shipping.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

Live arrival is guaranteed if the buyer complies with the below requirements:

1. The animal must be picked up from the Fed Ex hub within one hour of its arrival.

2.  The customer must notify Texas Arboreals, LLC within two hours of arrival if there is any issues.

3.  If the animal is deceased upon arrival, the customer must provide a picture to Texas Arboreals, LLC within the same two hour period.

If the animal arrived deceased and the above requirements are satisfied, then Texas Arboreals, LLC will provide a full refund for the animal.
